Before we ship: If your order has not been shipped yet, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@skinglam.si. Make sure to provide the correct address in the email to avoid order delays. We will do our best to accommodate the change.
Order has been shipped: If your order is already on its way, unfortunately, we are not able to modify the address. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment for parcels delivered to the wrong address or lost in transit due to the incorrect address.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all supplied accessories (samples, free gifts etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will cover the postage to send the goods back. The purchaser is responsible for covering all expenses associated with returning the item. This includes the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, and any fees imposed by the business bank to SKIN GLAM d.o.o, as outlined in the current price list. If the value of the returned item exceeds these expenses, the buyer will need to cover the additional amount. In cases where the buyer is returning an item that originally qualified for free delivery, the complete postage amount for sending the package will be withheld.
In the rare occasion that the product comes damaged or incorrect, we deeply apologize. Please email us a picture of the damaged/wrongly sent product and your order number at hello@skinglam.si.
It is very unfortunate if an allergic reaction occurs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products for return once they have been used. An allergic reaction is not a valid reason for a return or refund. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of products for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery. However, we can assist you in finding products that are better suited to your skin and needs. Please contact our customer service at hello@skinglam.si for this purpose. We recommend that you have an allergy test performed by a dermatologist so that you are better informed in the future about what to look for when buying products.
