We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all supplied accessories (samples, free gifts etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will cover the postage to end the goods back.
The purchaser is responsible for covering all expenses associated with returning the item. This includes the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, and any fees imposed by the business bank to SKIN GLAM d.o.o, as outlined in the current price list. If the value of the returned item exceeds these expenses, the buyer will need to cover the additional amount. In cases where the buyer is returning an item that originally qualified for free delivery, the complete postage amount for sending the package will be withheld.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will provide you with a refund with the shipping fee deducted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return postage fee will not be covered by SKIN GLAM, unless the product is damaged or wrongly sent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept items that are opened and used.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (up to 30 days).
